MEXT Government Scholarship
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Scholarship is a highly prestigious, fully funded government program covering full academic tuition, a generous monthly living stipend, and round-trip airfare.

JASSO Honors Scholarship
The Japan Student Services Organization provides financial support targeted primarily at privately financed international students already enrolled. Requires strict adherence to academic and financial thresholds.

Maintain GPA of at least 2.30 for previous academic year
Financial Sponsor Thresholds
Monthly allowance from family must not exceed ¥90,000; supporter annual income below ¥5,000,000
